Papa Jan G. Raffe
Papa Jan is a bronze giraffe who sits "human style" on a bronze bench and lives in the record section of the Bernalillo County Courthouse in Albuquerque, NM. He is a world-wide traveler who has decided to make Albuquerque his home. He has a friendly snail who sits on his knee; he loves for children and adults alike to sit with him and laugh and exchange stories!
